Bathing Beauty hopes you love your new purchase, however, if not we offer the following exchange policy. We DO NOT offer refunds but will happily exchange the items or give a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months. Exchange or credit note will be provided subject to the following:
- Original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered.
- Items with fake tan, makeup marks or other stains will not be accepted.
- NO RETURNS ON INTIMATES.
- Swimwear may be returned subject to the above conditions and the hygienic protection sticker being in place.
If you wish to return an item, you must email us immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request you will receive a confirmation email including an RA# (Return Authorization Number) validating your return/exchange. Please use this as your reference number if you require any further assistance with your request.
NO REFUNDS are issued unless items are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please note that all RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS are subject to quality inspection by Bathing Beauty. Final decisions on refunds and returns are made at the discretion of Bathing Beauty. All returns/exchanges sent via post are at the cost of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable.
All items should be returned to the following address once an #RA (Return Authorisation) has been obtained from us:

Please include your #RA number and a reason for return. Please also provide the address for the replacement item or credit note to be sent to. Bathing Beauty is not responsible for items lost in the mail sent by you or from us. Items received without a #RA number will not be accepted.
The original shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, you will not be charged postage for the first exchange. All subsequent exchanges will be charged postage at Bathing Beauty’s normal rates.
