STOCK AVAILABILTY
Bathing Beauty makes every attempt to ensure the online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel or refund the item ordered that is unavailable.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. Vouchers purchased can be used in-store or online.
Once your order us dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number which will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package. It can take up to 3 days to arrive for all Australian orders, for International orders it can take up to 14 days.
Our International customers please note: we are not liable for any country’s individual customs and taxes incurred once processed, including shipment price variants for all returns and exchanges.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of and risk of damage of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.
